"Very clean. You can tell the staff works hard to keep the place looking good. Food was great. Not quite as much of a nightlife as the Las Americas. Definitely might cater to an older crowd but there’s nothing wrong with that."

"Its like living in a shopping mall ,not enough restaurants according to their rooms,we were three families about 12 people we went there for 7 nights didn’t get reservations for any reasturants,less variety of food in their buffets,they didn’t even have bananas to eat😂,we do visit cancun every year but this property was one of the worst resorts we have ever gone.even kids were disappointed.doesn’t feel like vacation."

"I had a good time overall, and the staff were good. However, I had a very negative experience with the tour agency at the reception. The manager from Caribe Tours Riviera Maya Cancún sold me six activities, with an average cost of around $150 each. While I really enjoyed some of them, the last two were very disappointing. For the first one, I was placed in a tour that was only conducted in Spanish, even though I do not speak the language. I raised this issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. For the second activity, he cancelled my booking without asking me and issued a receipt without my consent. When I explained that I couldn’t attend on my last day, he changed my booking to different activities that were cheaper than what I originally paid for. When I tried to call and discuss the issue, he shouted at me and hung up the phone."

"Weve been to cancun several times and this was the best resort by far we have stayed at. The staff was very welcoming. Friendly staff, great room, beautiful beach. The food was very good. We will ne returning to this resort!!"
