Tiene muy buena ubicacion para moverte en cancun, cerca del ado y mucha comida, puede mejorar la ducha con agua mas caliente , el desayuno esta bien y buen trato de los empleados del hotel

Inicialmente no sabíamos que pedirían depósito y en el momento de llegar, No hay facilidades para dejar el depósito, no dan garantías ni comprobante del dinero que se deja, querían que se hiciera una transferencia a la cuenta personal del gerente en ese momento y no hay recepción para poder recoger el depósito temprano en fin de semana.

Honest review of the hotel and experience
Do not book this hotel if your balcony is gonna be facing the street as you won't sleep. Downtown Cancun is loud and the balcony didn't shut properly. Also don't book it through Hotels.com as they said it comes with free breakfast. However when we went down to get our breakfast the next day they refused to give it to us as we didn't book it with the hotel directly. It was so frustrating upsetting and embarrassing. We had a long journey the night before and just wanted to enjoy a nice relaxing breakfast. Half hour on the phone to hotels.com and live chat and we got a partial refund. So stingey this hotel with their breakfast most of it went to waste anyway as no one was even there. The only good thing about this hotel was the use of the gym next to rooftop pool. It's not the best view over Cancun but still a nice place to wait after you have checked out. They give you a toothbrush if you forget yours and store your luggage for you.

The convenience of proximity to bus station is the biggest positive for this hotel. Once again as i have read before there always is a problem with breakfast as in not included!! I specifically picked a hotel for breakfast included and says so on there information and the gentleman explains to me that they forgot to put a surcharge is required. No empathy at all maybe because it happens all the time ??? They are building next door so noisy and this place is outdated but it does have a roof deck with a wading pool and 4 recliners and a bunch of tables under a roof with a view...if you are a sun worshipping person not much room very tight...this space is under utilized. If you're looking to take a bus downtown this is a good resting spot for 1 night . The hotel is located in what seems to be an alley you would never know its there and there is no bell service so carry your bags up the stairs to hotel and to your room. And before I for get didn't eat there the selections weren't even that good to argue about the 20 dollar fee...Sanborn right down the block..

The rooms are very modest, it’s not a 4 star hotel as they claim. The bed was great, but the hotel is on a busy street so earplugs were much needed for the noise. It’s very close to ADO bus station and a big supermarket (Soriana) is also 2 min walk away. According to Ebookers breakfast is included but this is not true. The breakfast costs 300 pesos which was not a pleasant surprise as the ”free” breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel. The rooftop bar with a pool was the best part of the hotel!

Hôtel moderne et proche de la station de bus ADO
Très bon hôtel situé proche du centre de Cancun mais surtout proche de la gare routière de Bus ADO. L'hôtel est relativement moderne et bien entretenu. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon. La chambre était grande et confortable.

Our first day was disaster, the house keeper forced to enter our room after nobody open the door at 10am. We didn’t ask to clean the room as we are still sleeping. Second day was even worse, the inconsiderate staff started rearranging big sofas at 6:30am at the lobby/mezzanine at the main floor (we are at the 1st floor) imagine waking up again by slamming chairs and tables and dragging sofas!!!

This is a good hotel, the views from the pool are amazing and the restaurant near the lobby is incredibly convenient. It's located downtown so there are lots of spots nearby like clubs, supermarkets, malls e.t.c. Some things to note are some amenities that are not in the room (blowdryer, microwave, only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom). Also, the water pressure can be a little unpredictable so hot water is definitely not guaranteed. The taxi system is kind of weird as they stop running at different times and can be difficult to get to some locations. Make sure to have WhatsApp and a translator app handy if you do not speak spanish as is it is the only way to communicate. The prices for the food are all in pesos so be ready to do some conversions if you only have USD but that's to be expected in Mexico. Might also be cheaper to book activities or excursions independently but that all ranges with different agents and places. Overall, amazing service, nice staff and enjoyable experience.

Esta muy centrico, el personal es muy amable. El cuarto que nos toco no funcionaba bien el baño y la regadera no funcionaba muy bien, el cuarto tenia humedad y caían gotas en el baño.

There’s a bar on the rooftop that plays music very loud & I couldn’t sleep until 3am when the bar closed. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep at night

I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, very clean rooms and its convenient location to the ADO terminal where a bus leaves every 30 minutes to the airport for only 105 pesos or other cities. Grocery store is very close too. Rooms are clean. They triple sheet the beds and use two pillow cases on each pillow. They had two blinds to darken the room and keep it cool. The room we had faced west and another building was being constructed very close to our balcony. Breakfast was included. Pool area on 5th floor faces east with beautiful view of the hotel zone. We stayed here on the last two nights of our trip so that we could catch a tour to Chichen Itza. We booked though Viator paying less than $40 US per person plus about $29 per person in park fees. We only had to walk a couple of blocks from the hotel to the pickup point which was very do- able. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to save money yet have a very nice place to stay.

Good business friendly hotel
Room was great, good wifi, comfortable bed. The lights eoyldnt go off in the hallway of the bedroom the first night we were there but Maintenance came and removed the light fixtures immediately so we could sleep that night without lights on. Pool was nice though the upstairs bar was never open, we had to go downstairs for drinks and bring it back up again. Overall though great value and the location was very convenient. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, grocery store, free parking in the secure garage. Was happy with our stay.

A nice stay in the center of Cancun. Good WiFi, decent gym, nice rooms, and a good restaurant. Well located in the center with lots close by and a taxi stand at the hotel. The only issue was that a few times when I went to the front desk, the receptionist was not there and they had to get the person. And I tried contacting the hotel in advance to verify the gym was open on the hotel Whatsapp and never got an answer.

Ótima estadia
Uma excelente opção pra quem não quer ficar na zona hoteleira em Cacún. Hotel muito confortável e com ótimo design. Está bem localizado no centro, proximo a bons restaurantes (o que fica na cobertura é muito bom), da estação de ônibus e do Puerto Juarez.

Overall a great place to stay, would stay again.
Comfortable stay for a few days. Location is great, strong stable WiFi, the only downside was at the rooftop bar, the service was poor we was ignored for 15 minutes before being asked if we wanted a drink. The second time there was a large gathering and we was completely ignored that time and was offered nothing to drink for the whole 45 minutes we was up there.

I really enjoyed my stay at this site as it was super fast to check in, the parking garage was nice and the amenities were great even though I didn’t get to use any of them but the rooftop bar which has a great view of the city
