"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton all inclusive. The staff was extremely friendly ( especially David and Aylin in concierge). The food was all delicious, especially their steak house. The drinks were good, typical all inclusive styled drinks. I will note however, the property is located quite a ways from the Hotel Zone, we went during the sargassum peak time so the water was a little murky. We spent most of the time in the pool. One thing I did notice is that the pool needs maintenance for the kids section and both swimming pools. The tiles are falling off which is a huge hazard. I counted a few times where individuals were being treated for cut wounds due to the sharp edges. ( Be careful!) other than that we had a pleasant time. Would go again, but not during this time."
