"The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I needed extra pillows and the young lady brought them right up for me. Our hotel room was very clean and had plenty of room. I was very pleased our room had a walk in shower and it was supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner(I didn’t try them so I can't comment on the quality of them). Our bed was comfortable. "Stayed with friends for a convention, it was a very convenient spot within walking distance! Breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfasts go, and the room was clean and comfortable. Full sized fridge made meals cheaper too, since we could just go to the grocery store and not have to get takeout for every meal. All in all, a great deal for what we paid! "

"We stayed there for university of Iowa graduation with 2 sets of Grandparents and our other family - four rooms. Hotel was Great!

"We needed several nights in a clean, budget friendly place, that was close to the hospital. This was just perfect. Great value and location, very clean, but the best part was the very friendly and accommodating staff and owner. We very much appreciated a hot breakfast, hospital shuttle and friendly faces. "
