"I travel to Iowa City monthly, and two of my usual hotels have recently closed, so I finally decided to try the Garden Inn. It has always been a little more expensive, but this was a celebration weekend, so we went for it. Overall, we had a good time. "Front desk staff was very kind. Hotel next to a nice walk/running path. Room clean with a very comfortable bed. Have stayed here twice when visiting the hospital. Will continue to use this hotel. "

"I thought I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in only the handicap room was available with two double beds. It wasn't a problem but I felt bad taking up them handicap room in case someone who really needed it showed up and needed a room. The check in lady said it was the only room available. It was really nice that the hotel is connected to the restaurant so you don't have to go outside. The computer was not working when we checked in and there was 4 people there waiting...

It felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I felt like if I would have said anything the guard would have stopped me and made me leave.
