"Overall, we had a nice time. Booked as I had always wanted to stay on the Sunborn and we were going to a concert at the 02 so it was convenient. Room was fine - we booked an executive king river view. Small balcony with chairs but you could only see the river if you stood up. Bathroom basic and lacked touches like shower cap etc.
Boat was beautiful with large staircase in centre- stunning.
Staff were pleasant and helpful- special call out to Luca on reception.
We went for a drink on 5th floor...

"Very nice place to stay, great location to get to London Stadium. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Only downside was our air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room. Also there was a terrible smell at 8am from the air con so we had to leave the room quickly."
