"We enjoyed our stay at Jardin over Christmas. The room was perfectly sized for two people. We appreciated the air conditioning at night and the bed was comfortable. Plus, how can you go wrong when there are sloths and monkeys near you! The breakfast is outstanding! Don't miss it. We had activities planned each day while we stayed and it was a great location to keep driving each day to a reasonable amount of time. "No AC, loud noises from street (lots of motorcycles), loud music from lobby (karaoke machine?), bed with no blanket (only top sheet), and bathroom out of TP and paper towels. However, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Decent storage in room closet. Area is secure (garage door and front door locked at night). Had a private room for 4 and it did the trick for a 1 night stay before early flight but otherwise would be rough. "

"Booking & check-in was smooth. Our manager gave us excellent information and recommendations. The staff was friendly, attentive & flexible, breakfast was fresh & tasty, bed was comfortable. The wildlife viewing was fabulous - macaws, monkeys & a variety of birds. Great stay with my husband for 3 nights."

"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...
