"The Inn at Cape May was a good place to stay for a wedding event in Cape May. The room itself was underwhelming, old and somewhat dilapidated. MUCH smaller and run-down than depicted on their website. Actually, I was shocked by the difference in the advertising versus the reality. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Price was well above anything I would have paid knowing the conditions of the property. There were many other options and I should have done a better job researching."

"Nancy was a great welcome with afternoon tea and treats and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and bathtub wonderful. However some ceiling alarm beeped at 5am for awhile and eventually shut off and the bed mattress was not too comfortable."

The front desk lady was nice and changed my room since I had originally booked a room with two beds, even though I was traveling alone. Unfortunately, the room had some type smell odor when I entered. The lighting was very dim, and the room could really use a ceiling light or a brighter lamp. "Overall, we had a great stay. The property had plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including the porch, pool, and seating areas. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The only downsides were that the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water from getting onto the floor, and the TV was not a smart TV, so streaming options were limited. Other than that, everything was comfortable and enjoyable."

"I stayed one night with my children for a basketball tournament. The check in process was not bad. I have a pet peeve that when I hand you something in your hand, I expect you to hand the item back to me in my hand and the person checking me in placed my items on the desk. That is so rude. Other than that the staff were ok. The tv in the room did not work throughout my stay. They sent someone to fix it but it never got fixed. I guess they expect people to spend most of the time on the boardwalk...
