"We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. We loved that we could have breakfast in our room instead of having to book a table at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"The free breakfast was terrible, ran out of food after 10mins and no plates cups or cutlery either, waited 15mins for a clean coffee cup just so I could make a hot drink. Service was terrible from the manager. Room was clean however the window in the room had no rubber seal around it so was dangerous if you had young children staying with you. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the vanity.i would say it is definitely not 4 stars more like 2...

"This is our go “out on the town” hotel. Super convenient, friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. I always ask for a room away from Northbourne aa I’m a light sleeper and Drconis happy to oblige, thank you. Booked room breakky online through Expedia and got a great deal on a very satisfying and well presented buffet breakky, perfect Sunday morning! Thanks again for the upgrade, we feel like we’re always welcome back."

"Great stay. Very clean and a good view of the lake. Very convenient location with restaurants and a Woolies metro located nearby. The only downside to our experience was the checkout experience was thane front staff kept asking if we ate breakfast when we did not. She asked 4-5 times and I was getting quite annoyed as she could have called the breakfast staff to check since she didn’t trust my response to her question. I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra.
