"I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay.
The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options...

"We checked in and one of the beds was not clean. We had to request new sheets and pillowcases because there was hair all over the pillow and bed. The other bed was clean. They comped our parking for the inconvience of the dirty bed. I went to check out and it hadn’t been taken off. There was no note left about it but I had the text message to prove it. The front desk wouldn’t remove the charges until I told her I wasn’t leaving without it being taken off.
It wasn’t the greatest experience but...

"Me and my girlfriend stayed there to visit some family and friends for a couple nights. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was fine, breakfast each morning, the rooms, and the staff were very helpful! The only thing I would mention is that the parking was a little limited, and required us to walk far to the entrance. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay."
