"Beautiful facility, all the amenities, rooms, restaurants, etc. Every single staff member we met were smiling, happy to be there, and eager to be of help, or to give a kind word. I loved the system for identifying if room was occupied or not, so that housekeeping could easily service room. Room service was always on time, and every item we asked for was there, along with ones we didn’t think to ask for…this was nice on those early mornings, and mornings we got to sleep in a bit and be lazy. ...

There's a construction going on but with all the other positive stuff mentioned, it was not a bother at all. Can't wait to go back! Thanks everyone for making our trip pleasant and wonderfully memorable!"

"I genuinely enjoyed the room and view but the service, top notch. I needed an iron, brand new one provided. I needed suggestions for parking, multiple given. The staff were funny and I enjoyed talking to the ladies and young man in the office. I stayed in 623 and would have no problem coming back for ANOTHER great visit. "

"Very nice hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others. The only negatives were that the elevator was really annoying to use. Everyone seemed to have issues with it. The breakfast wasn't very good. The sheets and pillowcases were clean but did have some stains on them. All of these issues were very minor and didn't really take away from an otherwise very nice stay "

"The hotel really is the best bang for your buck. Location is in china town and has excellent food selections. They also have one of the cutest front desk clerks I’ve ever met in DC. Will definitely book here again in the future!"
