My husband and I travel frequently for work, and these beds became uncomfortable by the 2nd night, 2) although the AC worked great and was quiet, the bathroom had no vent and room started to feel like air was not circulating. "A great unit for a great price. Interesting business model -- not your typical hotel and not for the technically challenged. It is located on the 6th floor of a large condo building. All contact is through your phone, so it is not easy to locate, get in, etc. You need a code for the garage (parking at $50/day is not included) which must be set up before arrival. "The first night we had no air conditioning. My room was 85 degrees. They knew the AC was broken and they allowed people to stay in those rooms and pay top dollar for a miserable night sleep. I demanded to be moved and was so the stay the next night was good but it should not have happened that way. I am still working on getting the first night refunded from the hotel."
