"One of the beds had hair on the sheets, so I went back to the front desk. The manager was going to change rooms for us, but realized that they were sold out. She gave us sheets to change the bedding ourselves. She apologized profusely and made notes to her staff. While a little dated, the room was otherwise clean and comfortable. No traffic noise and little hallway noise made for a restful night."

"My room was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and inviting. The only thing I'd like addressed is the laundry area for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and the coin-op laundry has always been out of order. I normally stay for 4-5 days, and it would be very helpful to use the coin-up before my last night. Outside of that matter, the staff has always been pleasant, and the hotel has always been well kept. I give it 5 stars and will return next May!"
