"We as a family of 4 had a pleasant stay at Future Inns Cardiff Bay. We booked 2 rooms and they were both together. The hotel location was good, about 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Cardiff. The rooms were clean and good size for 2 adults. The staff were friendly, both in reception and the restaurant. "Great welcome, room as expected for price, comfortable bed. This is a good choice hotel for those arriving into Wales and heading further West the next day. I was surprised at the choice for breakfast which included fresh bread, fruit compote and yoghurts not to mention a decent coffee machine. I noticed that someone is looking after the plants in the eating area which is always a nice thing to see and inspires confidence that you are staying in a worthwhile place. "
