ok place for the price but I stayed 3 nights and the room was never made up or cleaned so don't expect it. No coffee maker in the room but did have a refrigerator and microwave oven so that was good. Overall I just needed a place to sleep and this place did provide that.

Seems like the property is undergoing renovations and we were put in a newly renovated room, our room looked modern and clean, best part about this hotel is the location, 1 minute walk to the windmill food hall, plenty of good food stalls and we tried about half of them, 5 minute walk to the Carlsbad ...

The only staff I interacted with was the front desk and food service. Both were friendly and helpful. Front desk helped me connect with the internet, and food service accommodated special requests. Both were very much appreciated.

The room was extremely stuffy . Got super hot , and then super cold . It was hard to find a happy medium . But the breakfast was superb ! The pool and jazuzzi was perfect . The basketball court was fun .

West Inn & Suites
Breakfast is good. AC is noisy. Room is clean but there is no exhaust in the toilet. As a result the toilet stinks after you pooped. Pillows are too soft.
