"Close to the ocean though you must navigate lots of stairs or take a mile away ramp to avoid the stairs. Room and bathroom are clean and decent but are becoming very dated and need refreshing (carpet, flooring, paint). Staff are courteous. At 9pm our family were finishing a game of cards in the common room away from guest rooms and were told it was the silent hour now, Saturday night. Yet at 11pm there were loud people (adults and kids) running in the hallways laughing and having a grand time."

"Don't stay here! Pool has been shut down for over a month by the city but the property didn't mention it while booking. Shampoo was on back order so no shampoo or conditioner. I was lucky to have 1 bar of soap. "Breakfast on the Go" is an understatement. Only coffee and maybe nutrigrain bars, oatmeal and that's it! No fruit what so ever. "First for the ridiculous price, room shower had hardly any water pressure. The gym at the hotel had old machines, it was small, the layout made for little room for additional types of floor workouts, the weights had only one set of lower lbs and they were old, they had no mats or bands or any other tools regular gyms have and this is supposed to be a nice hotel! "The staff were nice enough, they only had one person checking in though and he said it was his first day. The average wait time to check in was about 30 minutes. We checked in at 345 and didnt get our room until 421 for a 40l pm check in time. Our door didnt lock. The latch didnt actually catch on the door. The door frame was installed wrong and the actual handle latch was lower than the frame. We called maintenance and they put a screw in the door frame to just push it down so the door would...

"The hotel was okay overall, but the pool experience was disappointing. The pool wasn't very clean or well maintained, and it closed much earlier than expected each day. The water slide was also only open for a very limited time—it opened late in the day and closed early, making it difficult for families to enjoy it. If the pool and slide are important to your stay, you may want to consider this before booking."
