The room was not clean - hair balls and dust everywhere, makeup stains and cheap perfume smell. The kitchenette sink was filthy. Rotting fruit had been left in the (new) refrigerator. No coffee within three blocks. Full kitchen but no utensils, pots, or plates. No iron to press clothes. TV didn't work. Shower head spraying water all over the wall.
