"The hotel is in a good location and was kept clean and tidy. Unfortunately, although we booked and paid in full well in advance, we arrived to find that the room we had booked was not available. Meaning that we had to use a rollaway bed, which had to be delivered to the room while we waited. For the price we paid, we were not impressed at all. A very small compensation was offered for this.
