"The property-looks brand new, well maintained, & guest room is very nice-service are topnotch can beat several luxurious hotel in the US. Well-staffed property, can get help quick if needed. Warm, pleasant, friendly, wonderful, very eager to provide service in anyway possible with smile. The security guards who check the in & out transport with written logs, greeted at the door & open it. Front desks who answer questions to everything, dining staff who make sure the cup of hot coffee never empty...

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."
