"The key in our room was not working properly. When I went to the front desk my mother and I were told we put our phones next to the key both times we went to the desk. Turns out the key card swiper was broken. We had to change rooms. The first room the thermostat did not work. We had the thermostat at 80 and it was 67 degrees. The new room did not have a phone or clock. I was told they were stolen by previous guests. The blow dryer waa broken as well. The public restroom was missing a toilet...

"Air conditioner did not work correctly and we sweated all night. Wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Beds were so high that you had to crawl into them. Too high to even sit on. One chair in the room required one to sit on the bed. The pool had not been filled. Breakfast was poor. Never again."

Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a strong mold/mildew odor that persisted throughout the room. "The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes.
