"The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I travel for work and seeing a smiling face, ready to help you relax was very much appreciated. It was the room itself that was the issue for me. It was apparent that the cleaning staff decided that only partial services were warranted for my stay. 1. The hardwood laminate was nasty. I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are not actually what the rooms look like. I told the man at the front I booked a room with double beds. He claimed that was the last room available. I told him since they did not deliver on the correct room I booked there would be no other...

"Do not use their WiFi all my apps and accounts where breach someone there is doing some serious hacking. Their WiFi is not secure or safe."

"The location is ideal. Safe area and accessible. However, the hotel is not well maintained, looks dirty and the customer service is less from ideal."

"Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night"

"Best to avoid if travelling with family. As a room with a bed, it's fine. Only decaf coffee pods in room. The bed frame squeaked and rattled with any movement; I am not a big guy. Breakfast looked like it was from the covid era. There was a waffle iron and a pot of coffee. No fruit, yogurt, or anything else. The staff was nice."

"I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned."
