Zero pressure at all amd its almost like a very weak sprinkler. We enjoyed the pool but we're disappointed with the hot tub. It is time for it to be drained and clean. There s alot of white foam and on the foam you can see all the grey/brown specks and spots of people's dead skin"

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many restaurants just a short walk away. There was also plenty of parking available, which made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This is my fifth time going to the same place. This time, however, I wanted to check out late, our daughter had an exam, finishing at 4pm. The plan was to check out, pick her up and drive home. Sadly, we were allowed only an hour and a half past the check out time. I thought our request could have been accommodated, especially for a repeat customer."

"Coffee machine broken"

"The room was fine and a decent size. The check in staff held the room deposit ($450) and then charged me $88. I queried it the next day and no one seemed to know where the charge came from. It left my pending section on my visa, so I thought it was sorted, but it has now moved to the charged section. Not sure I'll ever get that money back. The restaurants seemed understaffed. We waited 45 mins for a table at the Hardrock Cafe and they were only using about 25% of the tables. The food...

"No soundproofing, at all. We were beside the ice machine that made a terrible racket. We could here our neighboor very clearly. Also, a young baseball team was staying the night. The boys were runnong and screaming in the halls from 9pm to 11h30 pm. Tried to get the front desk to do something, with no success. Will never stay there again."

"Really nice weekend stay! Jetted tub was amazing and staff is lovely. Parking was a little annoying as it’s off a one way street but still manageable. Will definitely be going back."
