"This hotel has an excellent location. 5 minutes to the zoo, right next to some shopping and only a 10 minute drive to walmart. The pool was quite large making it easy to spread out from guests with different intentions for pool use. This place is very oddly built. It has either had poorly designed remodels or was an odd design from the beginning. Each room has an individual a/c unit but most of them exhaust to the hallway or the pool courtyard(indoors). "This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!"

"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."

"While the front desk and hallways were pumped with really cool air (it was in the 90s that day) the rooms were humid and very warm....I say "rooms" because the first one I was assigned had a broken window and the hot air was pouring in. When I requested a new room, although the window was intact, it was also like walking into a sauna. "They are a good hotel for the price. The room was a bit dated but clean and bug free. There was no A/C in the main lobby, but the A/C in the room worked great. The location is easy to get to and close to a few food places. Would stay there again."
