"Two of the three elevators that were dedicated to our section of floors (35-44) were out during our entire stay. Waiting time for an elevator, going up or down, went beyond 30 minutes during peak times."

"When we first arrived, the room we were given was still dirty, but a different member of the staff accommodated us and put us in a different room. The second room that we were in was OK but severely lacking in design and comfort. It didn't really feel like we were in a hotel room more so just a room with a bed, window and a TV. Our room also had 2 fridges.. one was placed in a random corner by the tv. There was no wall art or anything that made the room feel cozy. Worst of all, we were woken up...

"Hotel ideally situated for Newark Airport. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice comfortable bed. Food and drink at the bar reasonably priced. I had breakfast which was very nice -$25. Shuttle bus to the airport every 20 mins. Journey time 10 mins. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and accommodating."

"Our room was not ready until 4:35, I got there at 1:30. They gave me a late check out and 2 breakfasts for the inconvenience, however running back and forth from the pool area 3x to see if the room was ready was really annoying. All that aside I do love this hotel better during the week when there are not 2-3 events going on. The check in is so backed up when a large influx of people come in at once for these events. Nice pool,but extremely limited food menu no outside food allowed."
