"Convenient central location. Rooms were clean and taken care of. Also good chance if getting a good room view with the location. Downsides were the beds weren't overly comfortable. And the bathrooms have near zero privacy. Also we weren't able to cast to the tv. Breakfast buffet is great but very busy. Overall good stay."

"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"I really enjoyed this property. The hotel was in a convenient location and was very well taken care of. Even better than all of that though was the employees. Every single person we dealt with was friendly, patient and helpful. They were that way with every guest. It is a very busy hotel with a very small lobby but they never got flustered or frustrated, just kind and friendly employees. Well done folks! "

"The Tempo hotel is very modern and up to date, kept very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The king corner room with Times Square view, was spacious for an NYC hotel, bed very comfortable and bathroom was luxuriously appointed. We were in room 2202, above the heart of Times Square. It is obviously filled with light from the billboards, and noisy from the crowd and street performers below. That is what you sign up for when you choose to stay that close to the Square."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
