"We loved everything about our stay. The location is unbeatable, and the entire property is spotless. Our one-bedroom suite was huge, immaculate, and filled with natural light — plus it was incredibly quiet, which made it easy to relax. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept so well. Most importantly, the hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful — they really went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was another bonus. We’d stay here again...

"Good sized room, very clean and comfortable, great location walkable to everything (and with a nice sunset spot right next door), and excellent communication from Veronica. Only small point of improvement is some noise from the hallway when people come back late at night as the hard floors make it echo quite a lot, but this was minor."

"Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Die Kommunikation vorab war super unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war tiptop sauber, sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man für den Alltag so braucht. Das Highlight war der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Apartment liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation "Carolina Michaelis" entfernt, von der man schnell in die Altstadt bzw. Flughafen kommt. "Loved staying here. The hotel is located in a busy street but great area. Very close to the water and the Ponte Luiz 1. The front desk (Fernando) was great and super patient with me. He even helped me book a bus ride to my next destination. The room was super pretty and had a fridge and sink. Only not so fun part was not having an elevator but all was good because my friend and I showed off our strength when we had to leave. 5 stars for this place. "

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Had a great stay in Porto at S Bento Residences. Fantastic location coming by train. Walked everywhere, except to catch our Douro Valley tour. Dining options nearby are fantastic. Did not expect our own washing machine. "
