"It is a basic hotel, max 3 stars by any standard, however the service was horrible. ‘Rita’ at the front desk was condescending and rude, cutting me off everytime I spoke. Her attitude prevented her from understanding my requests and ultimately the expensive transfer I booked to get the airport was late because of this. No apology from her just further attitude as she raised her voice making fun of me to the staff in Arabic, which I fully understood. Will never stay here again. The doorman at...

"Everything is an extra charge. The room has not had the carpets cleaned in many years. On the website they claim bars and restraunts. This is a "dry" hotel. We looked at the dinner buffet. I wouldn't feed that to a starving dog. We ordered from menu. My sauted mushroom burger with au ju had no mushrooms no au ju. Was smothered in BBQ sauce. My husbands chicken club had no chicken. At $45. This place is horrible. Check in is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready until 4pm. The location is not...
