"Room is clean and feels pretty new. Also great area since there train literally drops you off at the entrance and a mall nearby.
The staff was amazing. I was only here for the night since it was close to the airport and needed a shuttle at 4am, which the associate asked before I got a chance to. She even offered to have breakfast packed for my daughter and I which is above and beyond! Highly recommend. "

"Amazing service from start to finish. It's rare that I find a hotel with all staff genuinely keen to provide a good service and be helpful, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Silvia (or Silva - i didn't quite catch it) who served us lunch for several days and was really welcoming, kind to our kids, and remembered our choices from day to day. The reception staff were fantastic too. Ashamed to say I don't speak much Italian but the language skills of all the staff we met were incredible....

"The room was spotless, the staff were amazing, and the location was great, within walking distance to most major attractions (10-15 mins). Being right beside Villa Borghese park was such a bonus; it was lovely to start the day with a peaceful stroll through such a beautiful setting. The area also felt very safe and quiet.
