"The bathroom look great until you turned on the light. Shower tiles had signs of rust or mold in the grout. Flooring was peeling up from the floor at sink and toilet, and was stained. Walls had caked dirt, debris. White based boards had missing paint, and visible dirt. Fan did not work, and was covered in dirt. "

Saya memilih tinggal di hotel ini juga karena dekat dengan Anfiled Stadion, markas The Kop yang saya kagumi. "Staff support none existent despite numerous messages sent before stay. Also had so many mails for check in for different rooms. Not exactly or professional "

"Our room water was too hot, but thankfully owner respond quick and allowed us to move to another room. Their shampoo etc is tiny so bring your own. Kitchen is shared but at the time of our visit there were only my husby and i so its a plus. "

"The staff were helpful as always , issue with the shower was rectified promptly. Water pressure in the hotel not great for flushing of loos etc but otherwise a great stay in a convenient location with everything you need on site. The room was clean and food and drinks were also good. The staff make this hotel as they are always happy to help."
