"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"Second stay here as it’s really hand for the station, theatre and the O2. The team working are brilliant second time Stelios has checked me in and they are very welcoming and polite which is lovely. The view was ridiculously good. Will definitely stay away."

"A very funky guest house. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Very nice room. If your a Liverpool they awesome Liverpool FC basement, with two pool tables and loads memorabilia there. Only 2 and half miles from city centre with buses very close by. I'd highly recommend this guest house."

"Lovely clean room. Comfortable beds . Complimentary tea and coffee, tv, hairdryer etc. Excellent self service breakfast, plenty of choice to suit all tastes. No noise from the neighbours thankfully. Occasionally heard sirens from the street as it is close to a police station. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again."

"Strange high bed that was difficult to get in and out of without scraping against the wooden sides. Small and no USB charging. Knocked on door before checkout time to tell me checkout was soon which was unnecessary."

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...

"On our original room that we had booked , our door wouldn't lock , we had a heplful man who didn't work at the property change us too a room , however this wasn't clean. The toilet had stains on and the sheets had bugs on. Overall disappointed with or stay"
