"The staff were kind. The air-conditioning in my room did not work. They transferred me to another room where the air-conditioning did work. Hotel had no restaurant or even a snack bar. I found it more of a room to sleep in than anything else although it looks really nice it's tastefully done. There was a lobby sitting area, but generally speaking there was no drink or food to be offered."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"The room was very large to what we have had at other places and very clean, the staff make the guests stay, nothing to much trouble, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, and anything the hotel didn't have you could get from near by shops, the restaurants are fab, give the Salthouse a try, the tapas portions are quite large, Great stay all round x"

"The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...

"Do not stay here unless you don't want to sleep! The room was filthy, with pubic hairs in the shower, a mouldy drain, and a large ball of dark hair on the towel. The noise from the bars outside continued until 3am, followed by people shouting in the streets and bin men at around 4am. Even with earbuds, I could not sleep. I had to check out after just one night despite paying for two. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend."
