"One of the best hotels in liverpool"

"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. "A very funky guest house. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Very nice room. If your a Liverpool they awesome Liverpool FC basement, with two pool tables and loads memorabilia there. Only 2 and half miles from city centre with buses very close by. I'd highly recommend this guest house."

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...

"Has a wonderful stay and will definitely go back! Staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Excellent location for everything. Only two very minor suggestions would be some charging points by the bed, failing that a plug socket. Plus, it would be nice to have a few more veggie options for breakfast. The veggie sausages were the old fashioned potato with veg in kind not a good old Quorn or something similar. Plus I had to ask for it which was a little awkward. However even without these...

"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. "It was super central and easy access. Very easy with just codes in case you didn't walk back at the same time all the time. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend"

"The hotel check-in was at 11 am and when we arrived we asked them to let us stay for an extra hour and we would pay for it for two hours. But from 11:30 they called us every 10 minutes and asked us to check out as soon as possible. This is not professional at all… and they charged us £50 for an hour and fifteen minutes"
