"Booked hotel back in January 2026 for a trip in August. When the day came for my trip, we got to the hotel and notice that 3 posted notices were on the door saying the place was condemned for a fire that happened back in a November 2025. Now why would this site let me book a room for a hotel that was knowingly condemned and not tell me? Why was booking even available!? Horrible place and horrible staff when I tried calling for a refund. I currently have a claim filed in hopes of getting my money...
