"Easy to get to easy check small town feeling"

"I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...

"They double charged me and refuse to give me a refund!! Do not go there!!"

"It was a beautiful hotel. Clean, no weird smells. Spotless lobby Coffee and water 24 hours and eve a little snack bar. On my minor inconvenience was the charging stations didn’t work."

"To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well."

"Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!"

"The hotel was very well kept up, my only complaint was; there was no coffee in the morning and they did not refill the coffee packets in our room ( I do like to have my coffee.)"

"Location was close to virtually everything (gas, restaurants, major roads) and staff was wonderful. They were there should you need anything but were never intrusive or pushy. Even during a weather event, I got the sense that they were available should we need them."

"We have stayed here before and thought we would again. We had to change our stay date and asked to change the date way ahead of time but they wouldn't let us change it! Another hotel had no problem doing that for us. We will never stay here again!"

"Nice hotel, up to date, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Patio area is nice. I did have an issue with the sink in my bathroom, but by the time we got to the hotel I just didn’t care enough to have them fix it or switch rooms."

"Stayed in a Queen Suite to accommodate three travelers. The room was great. We had plenty of space and appreciated all the kitchen amenities including the coffee pot in the room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was also appreciated, as was the big countertop. I checked out the free breakfast which is only till 9am on weekdays. Wish that had been till at least 9:30am since we were on a personal trip, not for business. Breakfast was very basic although there was a fresh waffle...
