"Front of hotel was being replaced. Guest access was through back doors only, with no signs to indicate that they were for the hotel. Wasted 15 driving around the same area trying to find the hotel. Had to stop and ask another hotel front desk what was going on. "

"I absolutely loved this property and I would definitely stay here again. We were in town for Sick New World at the festival grounds and we were able to walk to the show with no issues. My favorite part of the room was that they have liquid hand soap vs that nasty little bar soap everyone in the room also uses. I also loved the shower! The free body wash, shampoo & conditioner was all top notch products. The pool area was awesome as well. Thanks for a fantastic 4 day 3 night stay."

"Location was great, not too crowded! Housekeeping was great, and room was clean with fresh towels delivered daily. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. We enjoyed the casino daily! The only thing they didn't have that we wished they did was in room coffee makers. Otherwise great place to stay! "

"I recently stayed here for 2 nights. I chose this location mainly because of the hot tub, so that was really disappointing—the water was extremely hot, to the point where it felt unsafe and unusable. I did report it, but was told there wasn’t access to adjust it. There was also a period during the day (about 11 AM–4 PM) when there was no water at all, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, our room had a slight sewer smell, so we had to keep the AC running constantly. That said, I want...

"You pay for Breakfast but tu ey still bring you a bill and add a 20 percent tip and add another line for you to make an additional tip if you choose to The food servers are only nice when serving you but if they see you outside of the eating area they’re not as friendly"

"This is one of those places, you get what you paid for. It would be unfair to say this hotel is bad if not paying the same price as Wynn, Bellagio and Caesar’s. I wish it had a better gym. Food price at the main restaurant was reasonable too"
