"Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day. And the breakfast was nice too! Overall very happy with my stay."
"The desk staff was great, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and quiet. The room keys only worked sometimes which was annoying. The toilet seat was loose. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room and towel racks would have been nice. The breakfast was typical for a hotel. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. "
"I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn several times now and it has always been an absolutely terrific experience every time. The hotel is kept clean and tidy, the rooms are great and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating."
"Hotel setup is pleasantly modern. Check-in was easy, but desk attendant was strange - greeted us well, then a little rude, not polished customer service. There’s a 24 hr bev station offering freshly ground coffee by the cup as well as black and herbal tea bags.
There’s a pool but we checked in late evening and didn’t bother to look at the pool.
Room itself was decent & stocked, but showing wear - toilet seat cap missing, tiny Do Not Disturb sign apparently was once a magnet for the metal door but couldn’t use it, issue with option to link our iPhone to cast on tv, tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work.
Bed was very comfortable with great pillows, but my edge of the bed was quite noisy with a weird metallic clunking sound whenever I’d get in or out of it. I’m sure it wasn’t me - I’m only 152 lbs lol.
Breakfast setup very cool and modern, nice variety, adequate space, some tables had outlets. Our table rocked back and forth whenever we’d move an arm. Food was good, but sausage was not warm at all.
We rang the bell at the desk. Attendant came out a minute later - very strange behavior, almost like she was on something and trying to cover or compensate. But she did check us out and bid us a good bye and good day.
We would probably stay here again for just a quick overnighter since the price was good."
