"The property is primarily a wedding venue. The room I stayed in was ok but very basic. The location is remote and there isn't much to do around there. The hosts do not speak English and I was charged twice for the stay (once by Hotels.com and once at the property). I haven't yet been able to sort out this charge and since the mistake was with the property staff but they don't speak English"

"Simply one of the most fabulous hotels I've ever stayed at in Rome. Clean, massive rooms by European standards with modern huge bathrooms. Incredibly welcoming and kind staff with excellent recommendations. And most importantly, so welcoming and accommodating of our small child.
100% would return. Thank you team!"

"What I liked
- Quality and variety of the breakfast

What I didn't like
Communication by hotel staff - Failed to inform me how to turn on electrics in the room. One was a bit haughty with me when I checked out.

"This hotel was such a surprise! In the best way. We stayed there to be close to the airport for our trip out of Rome. It was beautiful and lovely. We spent time at the bar/restaurant and enjoyed our time there. It was more of an American style hotel, but that was fine, we were on our way back home. It was a pleasure to stay there.
-The bed was ultra soft, and we had our best night's sleep there.
-The food was great at the restaurant, but again, more American style with some Italian...

"The location is surrounded by a residential neighborhood, not close to much. It was only selected so my 23 yo son could have a bit of privacy from me and my 20 yo daughter. The staff checked us in and left out many details like we needed to book the shuttle to the city center in advance so I spent a good chuck of money on uber/taxis. Our shower was full of mildew and we quickly learned it was because the drain was severely clogged. My son unintentionally flooded the bathroom floor. My daughter...
