"Cleaning crew was fantastic!!! Our room was cleaned everyday. The front desk was always helpful and friendly, and got us checked in a little early upon our arrival, which was really nice after 24hrs of travel. The daily breakfast was a highlight for sure.
The only thing I was disappointed in were the gym hours they don’t open until 7am so makes it hard to get a workout in if you want before catching early trains, tour buses, etc…….Also I was unaware it wasn’t included for being a hotel...

"We booked 2 Superior rooms for our family but when we checked in, one room was much smaller than the other. I complained to reception and they quickly changed me to a far better room. For the price we paid, that should be automatic for both rooms.
Overall, the hotel reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the location fantastic. The rooms we (eventually) got were spacious and clean, with nice bathrooms. If you can splurge, I would recommend this hotel."

"He cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was always nice when we arrived back from our adventures.
I wouldn’t recommend booking the ride service through the hotel. Taxi service is only 55 euro from the airport. We had a series of mis-steps with the service being nearly an hour late, we just hoped easily in a cab and we were off to the hotel."

"My wife accidentally left behind a silver Pandora bracelet CHARM (dangling) with a Van Cleef-style charm and a small diamond, which was a birthday gift and holds significant sentimental value for her.
After checking out, we called the front desk immediately to report it. We even walked approximately 30 minutes back to the hotel, only to be told that housekeeping had checked the room and did not find anything.
We are quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. We are confident that...

"We stayed in a Classic room, which the hotel tells you is a separate entrance. What the hotel neglected to mention was the separate entrance is down outside stairs through a room, up a few steps, through an outdoor courtyard, down a couple more steps and down a small hall to an elevator. That would have been helpful information when choosing a room.
Choose your room carefully.
Staff is friendly and helpful."
