The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. "The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"The room was clean. The staff answered our questions we didn't interact with them much everyone was polite. We didn't opt for the breakfast. We were only staying two nights. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and there was lots of fresh towels. The fold out bed looked odd, but was quite comfortable. There wasn't much of a view... the coffee machine was a little sticky. But all in all comfortable clean pretty quiet for a Saturday night! And we all slept well."

The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."
