"We arrived at the hotel and were given a room with no air con and no way of opening the window. We were told that the hotel does not provide air con and it is on its winter setting despite us visiting in April and it being above 20 outside. If you want air con don’t expect it despite them advertising the hotel as having it. Eventually, after complaining, we were upgraded to a room where you could open a window which we were satisfied with. The cleaning was quite poor, we were left with no soap...

" Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott...

"Das Hotel liegt ideal um Nizza zu erkunden. Sehr schönes uns besonders helles Zimmer im 6. Obergeschoss. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf Nizza. Das Frühstück war super, lediglich Fisch hat gefehlt. Das WiFi war leider ein wenig schwach. Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!"

"The location was great. The room was small, but well equipped. House keeping was excellent. Shower stall was a bit too small. The staff was exceptional. Morning croissant was a nice addition. "

"The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality. The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room. The staff is very helpful and the location is close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade. It’s a good value and we would definitely stay again "

"Great location and value for money. Bathroom shower very basic and not great. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished but should have been so a little frustrating. But overall a great stay and would go back. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t review the food. Has 3 comfortable nights there. "

"Piccolo Hotel 4 stelle centralissimo praticamente attaccato a Place Massena. Le stanze ed il bagno sono moderni anche se un po’ piccoli. Piccola reception e poco spazio nelle parti comuni , ma trovo ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bagno con finestra ma senza bidet . Prese usb . Consigliato "
