"Don’t plan on utilizing the restaurant as you may at other resorts and hotels. The food isn’t bad but the wait times and service was horrendous. Our waitress was also the bartender and got overloaded with tickets. Forgot about us being her table. Almost everyone other person we interacted with had a bad experience at the restaurant. We did do take out pizza and breakfast burritos which were good. I would recommend take out and not dining in. Everyone also has their own interpretation of when...

"Everything was Amazing! Clean and spacious rooms ..food was delicious at the restaurant. "

"Cockroaches! My husband killed at least a half a dozen cockroaches in our room and watched more that he could not get crawl back into the walls. I was told they serve breakfast in the lobby, but ugh! Would you eat somewhere where cockroaches kept you up all night? When I told the woman at front desk when we checked out before staying the second night her response was, “okay.” I told her we we cannot stay in a cockroach infested room and she said “okay”. No embarrassment, no concern, surprise....

"The hotel is old, they couldn’t find my reservation when I got there, I end up with a king instead of two doubles as requested, no trash can in the room, very dirty sofa, microwave with no inner plate, no fridge, broken boards near the sink. Both lamps unplugged and had to move nightstands to plug in - wall sockets loose and probably not safe. Luckily it was just a place to crash overnight while at a soccer tournament. Only stayed because we were too tired to hunt down another place to stay....

"Room including bathroom is outdated. Room 317 A/C unit makes a loud noise every time it starts blowing air hot or cold. The room has a desk but no paper and pen for notes. However, the room was clean. Breakfast was good. We won’t stay at this hotel next time. It is more expensive than other more modern hotels. "

"Everything was great in the room and except for the sofa bed, You could feel the springs on mattress of the sofa bed. Other than this everything was great."

"My room was nice but it was next to an air conditioner unit outside which made it very noisy. There was also a terrible smell in this unit and only went away if the air conditioner was turned off. I could hear lots of people in the hallway after midnight which wasn't pleasant either."

"It was over booked and our room was cancelled hours before we arrived we never stayed there. Have not received a refund"
