"The room was totally acceptable but nothing special. Location of the motel had some surprising neighbors. But we were only there one night and didn't spend much time in the room. The room was clean and quiet."

"It was dirty, extremely loud people were screaming at each other in the next room over.the room reeked like cigarettes. There were cigarette burns on the mattress cover. We left after an hour, and they refused to refund us."

"The hotel is lovely, steps from the barnyard shopping area in carmel valley and an eady drive to downtown carmel. It's also within an hours drive to big sur."

"Dirty room Tub had hair in it Floor was not clean and had trash on it Shelving unit had a pile of dust on it Refrigerator leaked on floor Staff was pleasant Other people staying there at the hotel were loud late at night and starting at 6 am Won’t stay here again "

"The adjoining room door was next to the bed. Very poor sound proofing. The next room’s conversations at normal tones sounded like they were in our room. They talked until 2:45AM. The hotel clerk did make note of it the next morning when I reported it. Hopefully they will fix the problem."

"I knew the property was a remodeled motel So that being said they did a good job with the exterior ~lots of hanging baskets The breakfast was typical of Major hotels. I liked that you could walk easily to the town and beach We went in April which was cooler than expected The only thing I noticed was not sure it has air conditioning? We didn’t need it but if summer gets hot I’m not sure I would stay there without, I would check"
