"We booked through a 3rd party and check in was not smooth, staff member needed to call her manager, it was about 30 ish minutes before it was all sorted out. They had to re enter me in the system. Rooms are very dated and musty. View was great. Our door key did not work and after several attemps was reassigned another room. No breakfast. Parking lot was okay. Room was not the cleanest, wrappers under chair from previous travellers. Window sills were full.of dead bugs. Tv station very minimal...

"The room was clean bathroom was nice the bed was a little hard but pillows were awful time to replace them. The staff that we had interaction with very accommodating and understanding. Used the bar couple of times it was nice and clean. I do have a few complaints one was the pillows look like they had been washed and dried all stuffing was clumped together. The air conditioning filter needed clean wasn’t putting out any cool air. I love that they close the pool at 10pm since we had pool view...
