"Very clean and comfortable room. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals for a week. Pool was great! Lots of seating/ lounge chairs. Washer/ dryer in the room! Private cabanas available ( well worth the $75 daily fee!!) Food and drinks available at the pool area. Very family friendly and priced reasonably. This was our second time staying here and am looking forward to staying here again."

Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary. Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. Just concrete… You pay this amount and find everyone looking for a bed on a waitlist by 11am or having to lie on the concrete. Stop serving at...

"If you’re staying here for Coachella be prepared to get the run around and deal with rude management! They charge you the full amount of your stay a week before your stay without a warning. Housekeeping NEVER came to our room the entire 4 days we stayed there and we kept asking for them to come. So they said they’d refund us a whole whopping $30 for that inconvenience and now they’re refusing to give the refund. They keep saying they did refund me and they did not. I stayed here 2 years in a row...

"I love the boutique hotel experience at the Parker so much. Its lively, elegant and very Palm Springs. The service staff from valets to housekeeping to bartenders and servers are beyond expectations. Everytime. The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch. You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and...
