"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"Had our own Airport transportation sorted privately through Expedia. Very easy to find and efficient. The Hotel stay was really great. The staff, super helpful and efficient, Julia and Smriti both went over and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Julia suggested ideas for places to visit and helped us with our travel admin. "The property was well located for transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The only issue i had in the room was the shower head was placed a bit too low. The arrivals and departures was easy with the codes. There was an issue one night when my phone died and so i struggled to get in. Overall i had a very nice stay here. "
