Need to book spa (jacuzzi steam and sauna) for one hour exclusive use. Only negative was lack of outside window as hotel is an old palace and some rooms face inwards to the inside courtyard which had an opening roof. "The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Valletta. The team were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and having it on the roof terrace was a great way to start the day. The room was spotless, roomy, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and there were so many brilliant restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!"
