"Pésimo internet, cargos escondidos, “late checkout” con costo, vasos extremo pequeños en bar, solo un bar y medio para todo el hotel… a los niños les cobran todo incluido pero sufren discriminación y solo pueden usar 1 “buffet” de los tres restaurantes que tiene el hotel… el servicio a cuarto cuesta 150 cada vez cada platillo … NO VAYAN "

"I really really liked the breakfast they served. Traditional Mexican food, well made and abundant. Good cooks and friendly staff. Way better than the usual continental breakfast. This hotel is also great because it's super close to both the airport and the bus station."

"This was a great little boutique hotel! It was in a great location to almost everything. Easy to get to main drag to get a bus or whatever. Only thing is there isnt a full kitchenette like they say as they covered up the cook top because people were burning things. But we managed! The microwave actually grills and we coukd toast bread for toast in it so that was great. Rooftop pool is great! Only thing is i think i missed having a balcony but otherwise it was a good little clean and new place. "

"Si eres una persona activa físicamente, no tienes opciones. La oferta deportiva es prácticamente nula. El gimnasio está muy limitado, como que no le han dado suficiente importancia. Tampoco hay otras actividades deportivas, se ven canchas de tenis pero no pertenecen a la propiedad. La limpieza es buena, el personal en lo general es muy amable. La comida es buena, lástima que no cuentan con un buffet para desayunar, antes lo había y era muy bueno, ahora ya no existe esa opción. Hay un mini súper...
