"My husband and I have stayed at this resort a handful of times and love it. The cottages are the perfect size for the two of us and having a kitchen helps keep food costs while traveling down. We love all the water features and that there is a large spa pool that is adults only, lets us escape if the pool is being enjoyed by families. It’s close to Sedona and various trail heads giving us a variety of entertainment options."

"The property was acceptable but a bit run down. Staff was preoccupied with friends making interaction unnecessarily slow. Most all shower hygiene items were empty and towels were dirty or stained. They corrected all items but having to go ask should be unnecessary. Only thing good at the included breakfast was the coffee and juice!! Everything else was stale."

"The room was spacious and clean. The staff had a hard time checking people in at the time. Maybe it was a staffing issue, however we did not get into our room until over half hour after check in time."

"Food is limited. Skip the airstream food place bagels and coffee were terrible and expensive. Airport restaurant in walking distance was great"

Recommended some places and they said they could save us 20% by purchasing a certificate for $80 and receiving a $100 redemption value. What they didn’t say was by using the certificate you agreed to an 18% gratuity. No deal."

"Well worth it! The price point was affordable, but the location, cleanliness of the rooms, pool access all made it feel like one of the big resorts. Staff were helpful and it was awesome to be central to everything we needed. It was also quiet at night though it's off the main road. I'd recommend to anyone and would also stay another time!
