"Our stay at Dollywood was truly magical. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the property—the scenery is just stunning and really adds to the overall experience. "staff was AMAZING. rooms were a little dated. Some smell of mold in the room. I had a heavy feeling in my chest when i was in the room which leads me to believe there is some kind of allergic reaction going on. Kitchen was a plus. Breakfast did the job but not great. Walls a bit thin and lots of kids. Staff was accommodating so really any issues i had, i was willing to overlook leading to the higher rating. "
