"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. "The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were unreasonably lumpy and hard. Time to spring for some new ones. The room was spotless, but smelled a bit like cat litter and room freshener. The stay was fine, we were disappointed to miss the free breakfast - but that was our own fault with timing miscommunication."

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "The Sleep Inn is a real gem! Sal, the manager was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The motel is set back from the road and backs onto a forested area, so instead of traffic noise, we could open the window, hear the birds and see the trees. Really nice! The location It is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We will definitely stay at this lovely family run motel again."

"Unfortunately, the carpets were wet when I walked in the room. I got my socks, all wet and it stunk. I did try calling, but there was no answer at the front desk. Unfortunately, by the time they called me back I’ve already lied down and fell asleep after driving many hours. I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, but I probably won’t return."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"
