"The beach was very beautiful and it’s close to SDQ airport. The rooms needed much upgrading especially the bathroom. The main reason I’m giving it 2 stars because of the condition of the room I stayed in. They put us in a room overlooking pool and it was very very loud until 2 or 3 in the morning. Everyone was partying and it was very hard to get good rest. The food was actually pretty good. Lots of options and anyone could find something to eat. However the wine that’s included in the all inclusive is absolutely awful snd I was unable to drink it. The sparkling wine was terrible too. The mixed drinks by the pool were the way to go. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help you. I would say if you want a place super close to the airport and inexpensive but no luxury with the room in any way then maybe it would be for you. I myself would not go again. "

"The place is clean nicely renovated yet the back up generator are not good the lights went off in 1 day 3 times lasting 6 to 8 min each time. Which was a bit foe me compared to other resorts, lights would be off in DR and you wouldn't even notice. The Food option is very limited. Its a nice welcoming place the staff are great yet these factors made a negative impact to my stay. "

"Unfortunately, the property was noisy all night. Seems like the hotel doesn't have noise reduction walls. I heard everything, from doors opening and closing to people walking on the upper level and my own level, and showers running throughout the night. The shower doors, including mine, have a defect: something makes a cracking noise every time I use the shower, and it sounded like it wasn't an isolated issue because I woke up hearing it from different areas during my stay. It was a loud noise. Overall, the stay in the hotel was one of my worst stays ever. "

L’état de la chambre laisse beaucoup à désirer, draps tachés, rouille dans la salle de bain. N’indique pas qu’il y a des frais pour la navette à l’aéroport mais il y en a. Aucune insonorisation. J’ai pris une boisson et malgré le fait qu’il était indiqué 495 pesos sur le menu, l’employé m’a chargé 550 pesos. Accès facile à la plage et bel environnement aux alentours dans boca chica. Endroit qui ne vaut pas son prix."

"The ocean view is great as you are right in the beach. My room was dirty and seemed like it was going to collapse. The staff were a bit condescending but they answered all my questions. The bed was itchy and dusty. "
