"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location with there being a short walk into the heart of the Pearl District. The hotel and our room were clean and well maintained. There’s a towel warmer in the large bathroom, which was a nice touch.
Bed comfort was ok. I think the mattress was a hybrid or inner spring which was a little bouncy and offered no movement isolation. Pillows were too fluffy for us as they were very high.
We got a queen city-view room which was nice,...

"There was plenty to choose from at the buffet breakfast. I had booked this hotel specifically to swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub but was disappointed by how busy and noisy the courtyard was right up to 10 pm when the pool gate started banging closed and the hose bib by my sliding glass door kept turning on and off. Many kids were being loud in the hall past 10. I'll probably choose a different hotel next time."
